Binding Pixie- (Wind, Creature-Pixie, 10/10, Speed:4, Cost:2A, Rare)- You may cast Binding Pixie anytime you could cast a burst card. Whenever Binding Pixie enters the war zone you may negate target cast unless its controller pays X, where X is the number of Pixies under your control.
This card to me allows a midrange tempo/control style deck to exist. I honestly feel this is a card to watch during the release of the set. Any opinions?

Its one of the best pixies atm with burst and negate with 4 speed its an amazing card and i think it goes without saying one of the better counter spells in the set Air is already fast paced tempo with more casting control than any other element Blinding Pixie is for sure a must watch card

I'm considering how good it will be. It's very easily burned out, but honestly if it sticks it can proceed to beat down the opponent no problem.

I think it will find its way into several tempo and midrange style decks.

only downside for using it in other decks is being forced to run more pixies
